Exchanges & Returns

Please read the following return policy carefully before you place an order.


1. We DON'T ACCEPT FULL REFUND unconditionally. You need to provide us with the photo of you wearing the dress to point out the problem, then we can deal with it within 3 days upon receiving your item(s).

2. We only accept products in their original conditions, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our approval and we don't refund for you.

3. Before you return, please contact our customer service at first.

4. Please take care of the package and all relevant information of the receipt for the follow-up return as evidence.

5. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.


Since we do understand that it's an important dress for your special occasion, we provide you with our cancellation policies. However, each dress is newly custom made, and once the tailoring process has begun the materials cannot be reused. But the good news is that after placing your order, there is still time for you to change your mind.

1. Orders canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund. but a 12% bank charge will be deducted

2. Orders canceled within 12 to 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping fee and 80% of product purchase price.

3. Orders canceled more than 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund (60% of the product purchase price at most, the exact refund depends on the cancel time and the design of the dress) consisting of the full shipping fee.

4. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

5. Orders that are not paid within 72 hours will be canceled automatically by our system.


Your satisfaction is our long-term goal and upmost concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the products that we made meet your requirement. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

1. As all of our dresses are hand-made, the finished dress may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailors have reserved additional fabric in the seams to allow minor modifications.

2. If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we will reimburse you up to 40% of the product purchase price (excluding shipping fee). Please remember to request a receipt from your tailor and request reimbursement.

3. The dress is the size you ordered but does not fit. Please understand if items that do not fit properly. But in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. Your option is to look for a local tailoring service at your own cost. We can remake the dress for you and you pay 70% material fee (excluding shipping fee).

4. Slight color aberration may not mean that the dress is defective. Because of the settings of your computer screen, the color of the dress may be different from the color of the pictures shown on the site. However, if you have received the dress in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service.


1. If you have any quality problems about the dress you purchase, submit a return request to Customer Service the day upon receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.

2. Once our Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with return address.

3. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 10-15 working days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.

You will be responsible for contacting us before your return. If you return it without contacting with our customer service first, we will not be able to accept your return. For any other questions, please contact with customer service. We will respond as soon as possible generally within 24 hours.
